Exceptionally good food. The burgers are some of the best that I have had. I think you may want to come over on a work break or with some spare time. They have very unique burgers, like with Mozzarella sticks on top! Try these guys out.

I stopped by Taystee’s Burgers in Detroit and tried both the Nacho Burger and the Classic Burger. Overall, I would rate Taystee’s a strong 4 out of 5 for flavor, creativity, and portion size. The Nacho Burger was the standout for me. I would give it a solid 4.2 out of 5. It was loaded with bold flavor, perfectly cooked beef, and toppings that actually complemented the burger instead of overwhelming it. The combination of cheese and nacho style elements made every bite rich and satisfying. The patty was juicy, well seasoned, and cooked just right. It is definitely one of the more unique burgers I have tried in Detroit and worth ordering again. The Classic Burger was good and I would rate it a 3.5 out of 5. It was solid, simple, and satisfying, but it did not have the same wow factor as the Nacho Burger. The ingredients were fresh, the bun was soft, and the portion size was generous, but compared to the creativity and flavor punch of the Nacho Burger, it felt more standard. The fries were hot and crispy, and the overall service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant had a clean, welcoming atmosphere and the food came out fresh. If you are in Detroit and looking for big, flavorful burgers with generous portions, Taystee’s Burgers is definitely worth checking out. Stopped by Taystee’s Burgers kind of late — glad they were open late because I was hungry. I asked the brother behind the counter what he recommended, and he pointed me to the Ali’s Notch‑Yo‑Burger. And let me tell you — it did not disappoint. This burger is loaded. We’re talking multiple cheeses, beef bacon, jalapeños, nacho cheese, mayo, hot sauce, and even Doritos packed inside. It’s messy in the best way possible — every bite is packed with flavor, crunch, heat, and that perfect cheesy, saucy goodness. It’s bold, it’s creative, and somehow it all works together perfectly. Honestly, it might be one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The food came out quick, the staff was friendly, and again — it’s all halal, which is a must. You really wouldn’t expect a burger this good to come from a gas station, but they’re killing it. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Dearborn. This spot is a gem.

After I placed my order I was blown away by the price. $17 for a breakfast burger and $5 for Cajun fries. First of all I didn't know it was halal and I didn't know they had so many options on burgers and bowls. They have sone unique recipes. My food looked beautiful upon opening the carry out boxes. The fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The burger was huge and delicious! They know what they're doing at Taystees burgers! I would definitely like to try other burgers.

The burgers are definitely way above average and on par with any specialty pub or restaurant. Pro tip: if you’re a purist burger lover get the original. There are plenty of options for those that like all the fixings. The new Coney burger is a great choice. Fries are good too. Plan on spending about 20 a person.

This is a regular stop on my way driving through Michigan. And it never fails. The Ali’s nacho burger is amazing. I can see why it won best burger. The service polite friendly and if you come during a football or basketball game reminds me of hitting up a barbershop. Love the energy and vibe. Staff are amazing. They have plenty of amazing options on their menu and you can’t go wrong.

Located in a gas station, this isn't your expected treat. You order at the counter and they call your name when it's ready. This is not fast food, it's cooked to order. I ordered a Breakfast Burger ($17). This has a Fried egg, beef bacon, Swiss cheese, grilled onions, green peppers, tomato, Taystee’s Original Sauce with 2 grilled cheese sandwiches as a bun! It is delicious. By far the best gas station burger I've had. But seriously it's probably in the top 10 Burgers I've had. I also ordered an 8 piece Bbq Wings ($12). They were small, but cooked perfectly and very tasty. I really enjoyed them and the bbq sauce. Lastly I got an order of Onion Rings ($8). It was a good size in the order. That being said I thought they were only okay and wouldn't get them again. The service was super friendly and efficient and made ordering super enjoyable. They seemed like they enjoyed their job. Overall a 5 star review. Would I return? Absolutely. A truly delicious burger. If you don't feel like going to a regular restaurant or just want to pick up a delicious burger on the way home, I highly recommend this place.
